Welcome to Isla United. This Privacy Policy explains how Isla United ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our platform and services.

By accessing or using Isla United, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care.

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services. This includes:

• Account Information — your name and email address provided during registration or team enrollment.
• Training Data — workout logs, session durations, streaks, and drill completion records you create within the app.
• Payment History — subscription status and billing records. Raw card details are never stored on our servers (see Section 5).
• Usage Data — device type, browser, and general interaction patterns used to improve the platform experience.

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the Isla United platform:

• Providing access to training drills, workout logging, and streak tracking.
• Managing your subscription and sending billing-related communications.
• Enabling team leaders to manage their squad roster and view team activity data.
• Improving app features and resolving bugs based on anonymous usage patterns.

We will never use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to any third party.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited sharing occurs only in the following situations:

• Payment Processor (PayMongo) — receives payment data solely to process transactions. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
• Team Leaders — if you are enrolled in a team plan, your name and email are visible to your team leader within the platform dashboard.
• Legal Requirements — we may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

All payment transactions are processed securely through PayMongo, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards.

Isla United does not store, log, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Our servers only receive a transaction reference and your subscription status from PayMongo after a successful payment.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and local storage to save your preferences such as your chosen display theme. These are strictly functional — no tracking or advertising cookies are used.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will log you out and reset your in-app preferences.

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and CSRF protection on all form submissions.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems.
• Withdrawal — cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings with no penalty.

Isla United is built for young athletes. Players under the age of 18 must be enrolled through a parent, guardian, or team leader who accepts responsibility for their participation and data.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors independently. If you believe a minor has registered without proper consent, please contact us immediately and we will remove the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
